HY0131 Laboratory Calender is specially designed for calendaring tests in the laboratory. It is a finishing machine for various textiles after printing and dyeing, such as pure cotton, chemical fiber, hemp, wool spinning and blended fabrics. It can make the fabric lustrous and smooth. It consists of a roller driving system, a hydraulic loading system, a roller cooling device, etc. The upper roller is a gravity nylon roller and the lower roller is a chrome-plated heating roller treated with mirror grinding. It is equipped with an emergency stop button on the control panel. The motor has a reverse function; once the machine stops after pressing the safety button, the motor will turn back. The roller running speed and working pressure between the rollers are all adjustable.
