Sample Painting Machine – Oil System

The PROWHITE Sample Dyeing Machine is designed for small-batch sample dyeing operations in textile laboratories. Thanks to its oil-based heating system, it offers precise and repeatable dyeing results up to 140°C .

The device is equipped with 10 x 300 cc stainless steel tubes . Painting processes are carried out with homogeneous temperature distribution thanks to the thermal oil circulation within the bath tank. Temperature and time are automatically managed according to pre-determined programs by a microprocessor-controlled digital PID system .

The machine is capable of performing atmospheric and polyester dyeing . Its compact benchtop design provides the user with space saving and ease of use.
